Pre-Conference Description:
This program will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the court process in cases involving child abuse, covering legal procedures, how to prepare for testimony, and the role of various professionals involved. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to navigate the legal system effectively and advocate for the best interests of children.

Cancellation Policy

Deadline for Cancellations: Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing before January 15, 2026, 5:00 PM PST to be eligible for a refund. A $30 administrative fee per person will be deducted from all refunds.

No Refunds After Deadline: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after January 15, 2026, 5:00 PM PST or for participants who register but do not attend. No exceptions to this policy can be considered, as funds will be fully committed to the production of the pre-conference. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a fellow team member/colleague to take your place. Substitutions are encouraged and can help your organization retain the value of participation.
